The short version
Little Locals doesn't use cookies, doesn't need an account and doesn't sell or share your details. Most of what you enter (like your children's ages) never leaves your own phone.

Who runs this site
Little Locals is a free side project run by Tenzing Digital, Dublin. For anything about your data, email littlelocals@tenzing.ie.
What stays on your device
- Your children's ages, your saved ★ favourites and the "Same place for all of them" choice are stored in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers them next time. They are never sent to us.
- To clear them, tap ✕ / Clear in the age box, un-star favourites, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
- "Near me" only uses your location if you say yes when your phone asks. It's used on your phone to sort the list and is not sent to us or stored.
Visitor numbers
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn't build a profile of you or follow you across other sites. We see totals, like how many people visited and which pages, not who you are.
If you email us or join the mailing list
- Suggestions and emails to littlelocals@tenzing.ie are used to reply to you and to check and update listings. We keep them only as long as they're useful for that.
- The mailing list sign-up uses a Google Form. Your email (and any optional answers) is used only to send occasional Little Locals updates, never shared or sold, and you can unsubscribe anytime by replying "unsubscribe". We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Other services the page uses
Like most websites, the page loads a few things from other providers, which receive your device's IP address to send them: fonts from Google Fonts, the map library from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and map images from OpenStreetMap. Links to venues and organisers take you to their own sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Businesses and groups listed
Listings use publicly available details or details sent to us by the organiser. If you run a group or business and want something changed or removed, email us and we'll sort it quickly.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you, or object to how it's used, by emailing littlelocals@tenzing.ie. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Data Protection Commission.
